Reflexology involves applying pressure to and massaging zoned areas of the feet and sometimes the hands to encourage healing, relieve stress and stimulate balance within the whole body. Reflexology resulted in my own speedy recovery after I suffered a T.I.A in my twenties. I have over 25 years experience in professional practice.
 
Reflexology treatments are £50, seventy-five minutes in duration and includes your consultation.  This is a mobile service. Prices include travel expenses & travelling time.
